Thrive with Chronic Pain. What?

How is this possible? Many of you have been told that there is nothing more that can be done for you except to manage your medications. You live in pain every day and cannot see a way to go from PAIN to THRIVING.

I understand that you don’t just wake up one day feeling 100%. This takes work and a willingness to see other possibilities.

I know. I live with the following persistent pain conditions:

  • Trigeminal, occipital and glossopharyngeal neuralgia
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Levator myalgia and pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Levator Myalgia
  • Migraines since the eighth grade
  • Osteo and Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Ulcerative pancolitis and ulcerative Crohn’s
  • Vulvodynia

I have worked with enough clients and been in enough support groups to know that you probably have more than one disease. And you still want to be involved in life. Get out in the world. Be their for your partner. Your kids. Your parents. Your friends. Your work.

The neuralgias remind me daily that I have nerves flaring in my head, face, cheek, jaw, and neck. Over the course of time, I have learned many tools that slowly but surely helped take my life back and I want to share this with you.

Why do I want to help you?

I want to give comfort to those who feel that they will be stuck forever in pain. I blog to mix words with magic as I write about chronic pain. I stir the soul of those who hurt and share transformative tools to help manage your pain.

I am a Master Hypnotherapist, Certified Nutritional Consultant, and Reiki Master teacher for over 20 years. I share information on how to reduce chronic persistent pain. Even though your diagnosis may be different than mine, I understand what you are going through.

I impart transformative powerful tools that can help change your thoughts about chronic pain. You CAN manage how you feel.

You refuse to let pain be in charge of your life!!!
