Your chronic pain is specific to you. That is why sessions need to be created for your needs.
I listen to you as you share your personal pain experience. This is your opportunity to discuss your sadness, isolation, and loss, and why you want to change your relationship to pain.
I will then show you ways to reduce your stress and anxiety which in turn, reduces your pain.
Initial session is 90 minutes.

Hypnosis allows you to relax deeply so that you can more easily focus and concentrate on how to take a break from your pain. When you are tense and painful, it is too hard to hear anything new.
Hypnosis helps you gain control over behaviors you want to change.
At no time will you lose control of your own thoughts or body. This tool is used as a method of relaxation only.
The Action of Distraction
Yes. You have pain. Yes. It gets in the way of your life. Yes. You may just want to curl up on the couch and let days pass. Distraction is an excellent technique for moving your pain to the background.
You can distract by doing the things you most love. And not only things you love but those things you want to accomplish. Placing your action on distractions is one of the greatest gifts that people with chronic pain can give themselves.

We will spend time tracking how your energy flows and how to work with this.
Everyone throughout the day has times of higher and lower energy. You may feel that you have none because of pain but as we work together you will find those golden moments.
