Resources

You need resources to be your own best advocate. As many of you have heard after seeing numerous healthcare providers, “There is nothing more we can do for you except to manage your medications.”

RESOURCES

Please use these resources for your specific issue. By doing research, you will find out that you are not alone. Support is available even when you feel ready to give up!

If you don’t see your disease listed, please let me know because I will continue to add more. Email: gail@thrivewithchronicpain.com or use my Contact page.

Resources exist for most diseases. In order for you to reduce your persistent pain, you need information. The more data you have, the more you can work with your doctor and health care professionals.

Here is a 5-minute video of how the US Pain Foundation’s Resources helped me understand Trigeminal Neuralgia.
